Our story...
In 2017, Tiny Dreamers was born from a deeply personal experience.
Founder, Debra Fenner, was searching for high-quality childcare for her own child (while working as a parole officer). She was looking for an environment that went beyond basic supervision and truly honored early learning, emotional development, and intentional care. Despite extensive searching, she found that the options available did not reflect the early learning experience she envisioned: one that felt nurturing, thoughtfully designed, and developmentally sound.
Rather than compromise, Debra decided to create the environment she couldn’t find.
Tiny Dreamers was thoughtfully designed to offer a boutique early-learning experience where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them. Every detail—from daily routines to classroom design—is rooted in developmental research, emotional awareness, and a deep respect for childhood.
Today, Tiny Dreamers serves families who value intentional care, joyful learning, and an elevated approach to early childhood education. What began as a solution for one family has grown into a nurturing community built on trust, expertise, and heart.

What our families say:
We were pretty nervous sending our child off to daycare after having the good fortune of a parent staying home with him for the first two years- doubly so, starting daycare in the middle of the COVID pandemic. But Tiny Dreamers truly gives us a place we feel absolutely and completely secure with. Ms. Debra and her mother have been such a blessing to our family- they are both such gracious and kind women who clearly love the littles for each individual that they are. The facility is remarkably tidy, getting a deep cleaning daily. The small class size ensures the children get every opportunity possible to learn and grow. After his first month with Ms. Debra, we were astounded when our 2.5yo showed us how to write the letter “A”- and his speech absolutely blossomed. Ms. Debra has always been understanding and flexible. On top of it all, they ALSO provide a home-cooked breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Being able to drop off our child knowing he’ll have a lovely day with wonderful, kind, and patient caregivers who will provide consistent, gentle, and positive guidance along with plenty of formative, stimulating, and educational activities... is truly an invaluable feeling. I don’t think there’s a better childcare provider in the area; I am so glad we found Tiny Dreamers!

I'm at complete peace knowing my son is in Debra's care. Her communication is great, whether it's asking a simple question, or posting on social media, I always feel connected with my son throughout the day. Being a new mom I was so apprehensive about putting my baby girl in daycare while I worked. I met Ms. Debra and visited Tiny Dreamers a year ago and she’s been going since. I can’t think of a better place to send her, Ms. Debra and Ms. Thelma look after the kids as their own and I definitely see the progress my daughter is making. Tiny Dreamers is the best. My daughter Merci attended from two until she started PreK 4. My daughter loved going. She was always happy and came home telling me all things she learned. When Merci started her pediatrician said she needed speech therapy. After being at Tiny Dreamers and working with Debra and her team Merci was speaking clearly in no time. Tiny Dreamers has done so much for my family and I. Ms Debra and her family have become a part of ours as our child has become a part hers. Tiny Dreamers is by far the best daycare we’ve had the pleasure of putting our son in. He truly enjoys Debrah and his peers at daycare. She keeps an already busy 2 year old even more busy with activities through out the day. She was very accommodating with my request as far as meals and snacks. She had our son make the most precious Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts! With our consent she posts Instagram stories throughout the day, which I love! I get to see my child and what he is up to while at daycare. Very professional and all around a delightful experience.
